Elevate
Elevate is designed for experienced clients ready to deepen their Pilates practice. This class builds on foundational movements with more complex sequences, increased intensity, and a focus on control, coordination, and endurance. Expect a challenging yet rewarding session that refines technique and strengthens the body from within.

Brand new to reformer pilates?
Our group classes are strong but accessible to all levels, however if you are unsure we'd love to get you started with one or more private classes. This way, you can experience a complete introduction where you can learn all about the machine, basic movements, and correct alignment and technique.
Private classes are also ideal for those with experience who want to progress further with individualised attention and support.
