Booking window

Classes can be booked up to 14 days in advance.

We strongly recommend booking online in advance, as availability is limited and walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We operate a strict 4-hour cancellation policy.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 4 hours before the class start time

  • Changes made within 4 hours of the class will be treated as a late cancellation

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of that session or credit.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellations and rescheduling must be done through your account on our website.

  • Log in to your account

  • Navigate to your bookings

  • Select the class you wish to manage

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Sessions, packages, and memberships are for personal use only

  • Bookings and credits are non-transferable
